CRS World Report: Helping War Victims Find Peace

Almost two decades after the war in Bosnia ended, the pain is still fresh in the minds of former prisoners.  For some, the only way to overcome the suffering is to “Choose Peace Together.”  That’s the name of a CRS program that helps former war victims overcome their painful histories.
