There’s a buzz word used in the fight against poverty:  resilience.  Some people are born with the gift to be adaptable, others are driven and resourceful. But for people who have these gifts and live in poverty, their chance for a better life is severely compromised…until today, when cell phones are becoming household items even in remote African villages. The cell phone is weaving a fabric of connections between individuals and lifesaving support services.
