Paul oversees agency efforts in market research, brand positioning, creative development, public relations, advertising and strategic communications. Paul previously served as Catholic Relief Services’ Director of Communications.

Paul has more than 25 years of experience in marketing & communications. Prior to joining CRS, he served as Vice President for IMRE, a full-service marketing and communications agency where he developed and executed marketing and public relations campaigns for national clients. He worked in the Peace Corps press office and served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Liberia, West Africa. He is a frequent guest lecturer at University of Maryland and Loyola University Maryland and a national judge for Public Relations Society of America. Paul has an accreditation in public relations.
