CRS World Report: Hi-Tech Poverty Fighters

There’s a new kid on the block when it comes to fighting poverty overseas and his name is Technology.  At a conference in Rwanda, Technology was the honored guest as 170 geeks and humanitarian aid workers gathered to get know each other better.  Already cell phones are warning people of floods and laptops are helping farmers.
